A simple and flexible returns policy

At DECOR VISIT, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, here's how to proceed with a return.

How to initiate a return:

Contact our customer service directly at +32 470 10 28 38 or via Live Chat to obtain a return label and detailed instructions.

Return Deadline :

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product and receive a full refund.

Return Conditions

Return by mail :

To return the product by mail, you must do so at your own expense through a carrier of your choice, to the address provided by our customer service. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Special Conditions for large or bulky products requiring a truck or crane :

Inspection upon delivery: Products delivered via truck or crane must be inspected at the time of delivery. If an issue is identified immediately, the truck or crane can take the item back at no cost.

Changing your mind after delivery: If you decide to return the item after delivery has been completed and accepted, the costs for the truck and/or crane return trip will be at your expense.

Exceptions : 

Custom-made items (such as mixed paints or cut-to-measure materials) cannot be returned.

Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for returns, unless otherwise specified.
